The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through e-Tendering online system and by the deadline indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than Thursday 9 November 2017. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
The bidders are advised to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on Monday 13 November 2017 between 11:00 till 13:00
