The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) in the frames of Project “Preparation Grant (PPG) for UNDP-GEF Full-sized Project “HCFC “Phase-out in Kazakhstan through Promotion of zero ODS low GWP Energy Efficient Technologies” is announcing Short term contract for International Consultant on low-GWP energy efficient production foam technologies.

For detailed information on the position, please refer to the attached Procurement Notice and Terms of Reference.

Place of work: home-based, with 1 mission to Kazakhstan (Astana and Almaty).

All the applications (max size 10 MB) including: 

• A duly completed and signed letter from the applicant to UNDP, confirming his / her interest and willingness to assign an individual contractor (UNDP format);
• Personal CV or UNDP P11 form, indicating all past experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate and at least three (3) professional references;
• Brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment;
• The financial proposal should include all costs associated with the performance of these works / services, indicating the detailed breakdown according to the attached form.
