The deadline for submission was extended till CoB of 7 April 2019.

We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for provision of International Consultancy Services as a Chief Technical Adviser (CTA) of Policy Reforms and Market Transformation of the Energy Efficient Buildings Sector of the I.R. Iran Project.

Period of assignment/services: The expert is expected to work for up to 60 working days over the period of 1 year and four months starting from May 2019 till August 2020. This includes 30 days mission, working in project office and other locations in Tehran as needed for up to 6 missions and 30 working days of home-based support.

The individual offerors must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:

1. Proposal:

(i)  Explaining why the applicant is the most suitable for the work.

(ii) Provide a brief methodology on how the applicant will approach and conduct the work.

The proposal should be prepared in accordance with the templates provided in Annex III, Individual’s Information Sheets.

2. Financial proposal

The financial proposal should be submitted in accordance with the Financial Proposal Template attached hereto as Annex IV.

3. Personal CV including past experience in similar projects and at least two references.

Please be guided by the information provided in the documents attached to this notice in preparing your Proposal.

Proposal should be submitted to UNDP-Iran Registry email address (registry.ir@undp.org) no later than Tuesday, 26 March 2019 – 16:30 Tehran local time.
