| Overview : In Malawi, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Regional Office for Southern Africa (UNODC-ROSAF) supports the Government of Malawi on the project titled: Response to Malawi Prison Crisis: Implementing Criminal Justice & Prison Reforms and Health Delivery & Management in Malawi, with the aim of improving health and living conditions for Malawi’s prison population. Project XSS W23 (SB-007874) will support Malawi Prison Service to improve prison management and health delivery through access to water, sanitation and hygiene, prison cells renovation and upgrading of health clinic facilities in selected prisons in Chikhwawa, Mwanza, Mphyuphyu, Mangochi, Mwanza, Nkhotakota, Nkhatabay, and Kansungu.
