| Overview : The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) seeks to hire a consultant. The objective of this consultancy is to generate a Pre-Feasibility for two (very similar) Investment projects, that have been pre-identified through consultation with the municipalities and central government. The consultant will generate a financial completed PIM, that allows technical and civil work details to be added at a later state. to support the formulation of inputs in respect to Financing and Cost Information, Financial Analysis to be included in the Appraisal Summary and the development of a Financial Risk Management Table for the two identified projects.
