When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. This bidding exercise will result into Long Term Agreement for two years and subject to satisfactory performance of the service provider, it can be extended for additional one year. The quotations received in Round-1 will be considered for the evaluation process and therefore the suppliers submitted their quotations earlier do not require to re-submit their quotations again.
