| Overview : Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial proposal for a consultancy assignment: 59477 International Consultant - IT & Voter registration Expert , as described in detail in the terms of reference. Please find attached the following documents: - Annex 1 - Terms of Reference;
- Annex 2 - Confirmation Interest and Financial Offer;
- Annex 3 - Individual Provider and General Conditions;
- Annex 4 - Evaluation Criteria.
Your proposal must include: - The signed confirmation of interest and the financial offer;
- CV and Copy of diplomas ;
- A brief description of why the individual considers themselves the most fit to lead the mission, as well as a proposed work plan and methodology on how they will approach and complete the task;
- At least three (3) professional references.
When preparing your proposal, please use the annexes attached to this notice. Any request for clarification must be sent by email to procurement.ht@undp.org no later than 23 October 2019. Female applications are strongly recommended. Bids must be submitted MANDATORY by email to soumissions.haiti@undp.org until 30 October 2019 at 16:30 PM clearly indicating the reference of the consultation. |
