Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Attachment 1, 2 and 3, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before 26th November 2019. Your Proposal must be expressed in English, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days. Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system.
