| Overview : UNDP/BMS/OHR is looking to engage an Individual Contractor to review of the Business Process for Compensation Claims (Appendix D, Malicious Acts Insurance Policy, Loss/Damages to Personal Effects claims). Once the deficiencies are identified, the Consultant will develop a solution that is automated, streamlined and simplified. This requires the Consultant to develop the functional requirements and work flow that will transform the current complex manual processes into an innovative and workable business solution for headquarters and to support country offices. |
