| Overview : United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kazakhstan is announcing a vacancy for the position of National Consultant on Energy Efficiency for Mid-Term Review of UNDP GEF project. For detailed information on the position, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference Duty station: Home-based, with mission travel (1 mission to Nur-Sultan) The following documents only in PDF should be attached to the application (proposal) and sent by e-mail to the following address: procurement.kz@undp.org indicating Ref. 2019-039 in the e-mail subject no later than 11.00 (Nur-Sultan time zone) 20 January, 2020: - Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using the template provided by UNDP; Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs, as per template provided;
- Detailed personal CV, indicating all past experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) and other supporting information confirming that the Candidate meets the qualification requirements;
- Candidate should also provide Brief Description of Approach to Work.
