| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 qualified Vietnam based firm for a Long-term Agreement for CISCO system maintenance and troubleshooting service (Ref. 2-200101). Green One UN House (GOUNH) IT network and telephony system are based on CISCO hardware and software as below: - CISCO Catalyst 6500 - CISCO NEXUS 5548 - CISCO 3750x - CISCO 3850x - CISCO Wireless controller 2504 - CISCO UCS C260 M2 - Cisco ASR1001 - CISCO Access point - CISCO 2911 - CISCO ISE 2.4.0.357 - CISCO Unified 10.5.5 The CISCO software maintenance service company will provide on-site service for maintenance and trouble shouting the CISCO system.
