Overview
This Addendum is issued with the purpose to amend RFQ-014/20 dated 27 January 2020 as follows.
- Quotation submission deadline has been extended from 10 February 2020 to 17 February 2020, 14:00 hours (Erbil time);
All other terms of the bidding documents remain unchanged and valid. This Addendum constitutes an integral part of the bidding documents for RFQ-014/20.
Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your quotation regarding Rehabilitation of The Public Clinic in Al-Qaim- Anbar governorate as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system. Quotation must be submitted in the online e-Tendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password.
