Pre-bid meeting: 06 February 2020 @ 10 am Kabul Local Time
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. The Procurement Unit in Afghanistan is issuing this tender document for the purpose of concluding Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with the successful Proposers (up to 3 maximum) for a period of three (3) years with possibility to renew it thereafter for a maximum of two (2) additional years, subject to satisfactory contract performance. Other UN Agencies may decide to piggyback on the contracts established where a separate contract may be issued by the relevant UN Agency. Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to procurement.af@undp.org indicating whether you intend to submit a Bid or otherwise. You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in eTendering system, where applicable. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB.
