UNDP Malawi Office is seeking for qualified service providers for both RFPs to submit the proposals for the above Request for Proposal.

The vendors who are interested in the bidding process are encouraged to join the Pre-bid meeting which will be held at 10:00 am, 5 February 2020, Meeting Room A, UNDP Office, Plot No. 7, Area 40, Lilongwe 3, Malawi.

Submission of bids

Bids must be submitted through e-tendering system as per the instruction stated in the procurement notices. If your company is not registered in the e-Tendering Module, please use the following temporary username and password to get the ITB document as well as to register your company/firm:
