Overview :

Dear Sir / Madam,

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for (briefly describe the goods and quantity), as detailed in Annex 2 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 1 and Annex 2. Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system . 

Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password.

If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using 

username: event.guest 

password: why2change 

and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide. BU Code: UZB10 and Event ID number: RFQ-009-20 Once uploaded, Bidders that have accepted the invitation in the system will be notified via e-mail that changes have occurred. It is responsibility of the Bidder to view the respective changes and clarifications in the system.

При подготовке Вашего предложения, пожалуйста, руководствуйтесь формой, прилагаемой к настоящему Приложению 1 и Приложению 2. Документы, загруженные в систему как часть вашего предложения, должны быть без вируса или поврежденного содержимого/файлов, либо предложения будут отклонены. Вы несете ответственность за обеспечение поступления заявки в срок или раньше срока, указанного ПРООН в системе электронных торгов. 

Тендерные предложения должны подаваться в онлайн-системе электронных торгов по следующей ссылке: https://etendering.partneragencies.org с использованием вашего имени пользователя и пароля. 

Если вы ранее не регистрировались в системе, вы можете зарегистрироваться, войдя в систему, используя

и выполните шаги регистрации, указанные в руководстве пользователя системы. Код BU: UZB10 и идентификационный тендера ID: RFQ-009-20. После загрузки участники торгов, которые приняли приглашение в системе, будут уведомлены по электронной почте об изменениях. Участник обязан ознакомиться с соответствующими изменениями и разъяснениями в системе.
