The consultant will provide technical support to the Solomon Islands Electoral Commission (SIEC) and SECSIP in designing publications and contribute to the development and improvement of the design, branding and layout of materials produced by SECSIP and partner institutions including the Solomon Islands Electoral Commission (SIEC).
