Addendum #2:

We, hereby, notify the following amendment to the above referred ITB as follows:

Cancelling the requirement for site visit:

The site visit scheduled on 1 April 2020 is cancelled due to the extended curfew imposed by the Government of Iraq in relation to COVID19.

Waiving the requirement of bid security

According to the BDS #6, the requirement of the bid security in the amount of USD90,000, shall be waived for the subject tender considering the extended curfew and lockdown imposed by the Government of Iraq in relation to COVID19.  

All other clauses and conditions shall remain unchanged.
