We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Development of new regulation system for non-regulated Non-timber Forest Products
Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.
Proposals may be submitted on or before 17:00, Friday, April 10, 2020 and via courier mail to the address below:

Pre-bid conference will be conducted via skype only:
Time: 15:00 GMT+4;
Date: March 27, 2020;
Interested bidder must provide skype address by email to tornike.phulariani@undp.org (subject: New Regulation of NTFPs) no later than COB March 25, 2020.
The Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal envelopes MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE and each of them must be submitted sealed individually and clearly marked on the outside as either “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” or “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”, as appropriate. Each envelope SHALL clearly indicate the name of the bidder. The Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal must be submitted in English language.
The outer envelopes shall:
Bear the name and address of the bidder;
Be addressed to UNDP;
Bear a warning that states “Not to be opened before the time and date for proposal opening”.
