UPDATE dd 10 April 2020: the deadline is now extended until 30 April 2020. The European Union-Confidence Building Measures Programme (hereinafter the EU-CBM V Programme) is looking for a company (or consortium of companies) to develop technical design documentation for carrying out rehabilitation works in Bloc A of the Circus building and to suggest solutions to redesign the main arena for multi-purpose activities. Offers can be submitted only through on-line bidding in e-tendering module at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org Username: event.guest Password: why2change BU Code: MDA10 and Event ID 0000005632 Once uploaded, Bidders that have accepted the invitation in the system will be notified via e-mail that changes have occurred. It is responsibility of the Bidder to view the respective changes and clarifications in the system. YOU MUST PUT PRICE AS 1 IN THE SYSTEM AND PROVIDE THE FINANCIAL PROPOSAL AS PASSWORD PROTECTED FILE AS EXPLAINED BELOW. Financial Proposal must be submitted as a separate file encrypted with a password. None of the financial proposal data is disclosed in other documents of the submission. UNDP shall request password for opening the Financial Proposal only from the Proposers who pass the Technical Evaluation as per the criteria established and disclosed in the solicitation document. The Proposer shall assume the responsibility for not encrypting the financial proposal. |
