| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will be responsible for the development of a guidance package to effectively promote and support youth meaningful participation and youth empowerment in climate action. S/he will be in charge of carrying a desk literature review and interviews, leading the analysis, drafting the guidance note/toolkit and incorporating feedback as needed. An internal task team and a youth-focused sounding board will be established to provide relevant and timely feedback to the consultant throughout the development process of the guidance note/toolkit.
