Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Cambodia is looking for an Individual Contractor to perform the above-mentioned

assignment. Interested offeror must download the attached Individual Consultant Procurement Notice, Term of Reference, and the

Document Templates to be included when submitting application.

 

Any request for clarification/additional information on the procurement notice shall be communicated in writing to UNDP office or send to

email pheara.lek@undp.org and cc  procurement.kh@undp.orgwhile the Procurement Unit would endeavor to provide information

expeditiously, only requests receiving at least 5 working days prior to the submission deadline will be entertained. Any delay in providing

such information will not be considered as a reason for extending the submission deadline. The UNDP's response (including an explanation of

the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be posted on the individual Consultant (IC) Procurement Notice. Therefore, all

prospective offerors are advised to visit this page regularly to make obtain update related to this Individual Consultant (IC).

Interested offeror/individual must submit the following documents/information into a single file to demonstrate their qualifications:

1. Proposal:

(i) Explaining why they are the most suitable for the work

(ii) One written sample related to policy document or funding proposal and at least three written samples related to successful resource mobilization to prove criteria of evaluation

(ii) Provide a brief methodology on how they will approach and conduct the work (if applicable)

2. Financial proposal

3. Personal CV including past experience in similar projects and at least 3 references
