Overview :

UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a National Technical Assistant to support project Application of Green Chemistry in Viet Nam.

The three objectives of the assignment are:

  1. Ensuring smooth, efficient, effective, and on-track implementation of the project;
  2. Consolidating lessons learned from project activities; and
  3. Proposing follow-up action.

The Technical Assistant is expected to have six main functions:

  1. Support the Project Manager (PM) in coordination work, especially activities that involve international consultants.
  2. Directly supervise demonstration activities, field works, and field surveys.
  3. Support the organization of training/workshops, and deliver technical reviews/presentations at such events (to a certain extent).
  4. Support monitoring progress, reviewing reports, and appraising contracts.
  5. Consolidate lessons learned from project activities and propose follow up action.
  6. Carry out other activities as tasked by the PM.
