Overview
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) Support Programme. The overall objective of the assignment is to support the Government of Kenya through the National Treasury and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry to develop the necessary strategies and tools to operationalize the Climate Change Fund. Specifically, the assignment will involve the development of i) Resource Mobilization Strategy (RMS), and (ii) Monitoring and Evaluation Framework. In consideration of your qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for this particular assignment. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following : a) The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above; b) The Offeror's letter to UNDP(Financial Proposal form) c) The IC Proposal form and d) The Individual Contract and its General Terms and Conditions, which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process. This process is managed through the UNDP online eTendering system: https//etendring.partneragencies.org. Should you be interested and decide to submit an offer for this assignment, kindly send them no later than the date and time indicated in the system. Detailed user guide on how to register in the system and submit the proposal are attached to this notice.
