| Overview : United Nations Volunteers (UNV) is seeking a Consultant Expert for One Identity Subject Matter Expert (SME). The consultant will provide professional maintenance Services for One Identity commercial software solution. The contract will be an Individual Contractor (IC) Framework Agreement up to a maximum of three years. The expert is expected to provide the following professional Services: Provide onsite or remote support as needed. UNV estimates 3 days per month on average. To fix bugs and administer Change Requests. Advise on appropriate solutions for projected changes. Conduct Health Checks against the current solution and propose / /prioritize areas of improvement. Design and implement specific workflows corresponding to business needs. Ensure that all changes are documented, and all documentations are up to date. Ensure knowledge transfer to the UNV ICTU team.
