Dear Sir / Madam:
We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Consumables as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. UNDP General Terms & Conditions are at Annex 3.
Quotations may be submitted on or before 4:00 PM Liberia local time ( GMT) on Friday 15 May 2020 and via

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 2MB, virus-free and no more than 3email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.
