Overview

The DICT-UNDP Free Wi-Fi For All project requests information from experienced national and/or international Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) particularly the academe, research institutions, higher education institutions, and independent nonprofit organizations for potential partnership.

 

This request for information (RFI) seeks partners who can lead in the implementation of the training roll-out for the beneficiaries of the Free Wi-Fi For All project. The provision of free internet access in disadvantaged communities is targeted to accelerate the effective delivery of services, particularly on quality education; gender equality; industry, innovation and infrastructure; reduced inequalities; and, partnerships for the goals.

 

Interested parties are requested to respond to the RFI questionnaire and CACHE form after downloading the templates from eTendering Site.  The responses to the RFI questionnaire and CACHE form should be submitted online at the Attachment section of the e-tendering site. All supporting documents and forms should be uploaded along with the filled in forms.

Closing date of submission of information and forms is 11 June 2020, 2PM Manila Time (or 2AM EDT).  Late submissions will not be considered for evaluation. Please note that any extensions of the deadline, amendments to the requirements, and clarifications will be posted on the etendering system and will be visible to all who have registered on the etendering site and accepted the invitation to this particular Event.
