Overview :

IMPORTANT: The competitive process under this RFP will be limited to QC laboratories that are listed in the WHO List of Prequalified Quality Control Laboratories

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Establishment of global Long Term Agreements (LTAs) Quality Control Laboratories for testing of pharmaceuticals in support of the UNDP Country Offices implementing Health Project.

This RFP includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions for Professional Services Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

Section 1: This Letter of Invitation

Section 2: Instruction to Bidders

Section 3: Bid Data Sheet (BDS) 

Section 4: Evaluation Criteria

Section 5. Terms of Reference

Section 6: Returnable Bidding Forms as follows:

o   Form A: Technical Proposal Submission Form

o   Form B: Bidder Information Form

o   Form C: Joint Venture/Consortium/Association Information Form

o   Form D: Qualification Form

o   Form E: Format of Technical Proposal (This Form must not include any pricing information).

o   Form F: Financial Proposal Form (Financial Proposal MUST BE PASSWORD PROTECTED and Password MUST NOT be provided to UNDP until requested by UNDP. Failure to comply shall lead to offer rejection).

If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFP and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Proposals as indicated in this e-tendering.

A Pre-proposal conference meeting shall be conducted as follows:
