Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites you to submit a bid for the items and services described in Section 5 of this Invitation to Bid. All bids are subject to the Instructions to Bidders and such other provisions, specifications and instructions as are attached or incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter collectively called "Invitation to Bid” or “ITB").

Please note that this procurement process is being conducted through the online tendering system of UNDP.  Bidders who wish to submit an offer must be registered in the system. Once registered you will receive a valid password to the registered email address which you can use for signing in and changing your password. 

Please note that your new password should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 8 characters

• At least one UPPERCASE LETTER

• At least one lowercase letter

• At least one number

You can view and download tender documents with the guest account as per the above username and password, However, if you are interested to participate, you must register in the system and subscribe to this tender to be notified when amendments are made.

Deadline for submission of bids is by 14 July, any updates to such date will be posted directly in e-tendering system. Bids must be submitted before deadline as per eTendering system. System will not accept any late bids. Bids will be opened as per the instructions in the BDS.

This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer of contract. Your bid could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNDP.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit an offer by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button in the Etendering system. Such step will enable you to receive corresponding notifications as bidder. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the provided Bid Data Sheet.
