Overview :

Description of the assignment:    Hiring of an International Consultant to write an analytical paper on the current economic context in Liberia from a human rights perspective especially in the wake of the Covid 19 pandemic

Project name:  OHCHR (ESCR)-COVID-19 Pandemic Response Project         

Deadline: Monday, June 08, 2020

Duration: 26 days between 15th June 2020 – July 30 2020

Period of assignment/services (if applicable) Two (2) months

Starting date: IMMEDIATELY

Duty Station: Monrovia, Liberia

Proposal should be submitted by email to bids.lr@undp.org no later than 5.00pm on Monday, 8th  June 2020  AND MARKED: REF NO:  IC NOTICE/OHCHR ESCR INTRN'L/2020/13

Application process

Interested individuals must submit the following as proposals in order to demonstrate their qualifications. 

• A letter indicating why the candidate considers himself/herself suitable for the required consultancy;

• Submission of an updated detailed Personal CV or P11 form which can be downloaded from http://sas.undp.org/documents/p11_personal_history_form.doc

• Lump sum financial quotation, with a breakdown of daily consultancy fee, daily subsistence allowance and ticket fees as applicable – clearly indicate the breakdown of daily fee and number of days of work per activity; 

• At least two references from recent previous jobs or three references contact detail

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing, or by standard electronic communication to info.lr.procurement@undp.org.  UNDP will respond in writing or by standard electronic mail and will send written copies of the response, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry, to all consultants.
