| Overview : UNDP is looking for 2 National Consultants for Assessment on the 5-Year Implementation of the 2014 Law on the Organization of People’s Courts. Two national consultants will conduct a research report reviewing the Law, which includes a review on the people’s assessor regime in Viet Nam (hereafter referred to as “the report”). The report will provide an assessment on the advantages and disadvantages/inadequacies of the Law in general, and of the assessor regime in particular. Based on those assessments, provide recommendations for future amendments of the Law. The main objective of the assignment are: - To conduct a review on the application of the Law in practice, including an assessment on the advantages and disadvantages/inadequacies of the Law in general, and of the assessor regime in particular.
