We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Provision of OUTFITS UNIFORM SETS by reviewing the attached bid document. When preparing your quotation please be guided by the form attached to the ITB document (IT-YEM-0058-2020).
There will be pre-bid submission meeting and sample check as scheduled below:

UNDP and their partner will provide samples for each item to interested bidders
Note: Interested bidders shall sent email for their participation for further coordination purpose.

Quotations must be submitted through UNDP eTendering online system under event ID # 0000006288.
The bidders requested ONLY to adhere the exact deadline time mentioned in the E-tendering website (https://etendering.partneragencies.org).
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. You must use your username and password to submit bids via the online eTendering system to the following link:

Bidders may upload files as needed; however, the size of each file should not exceed five megabytes (5 MB).
Bidder should ensure that submitted offers do not contain viruses or corrupted files. Such offers will be rejected. Bidders can compress the file through rar/zip file type. It is the exclusive responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the document(s) are received at the specified event ID in e-Tendering portal before the closing date.
Please be aware that bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
