Overview

Dear Sir / Madam:

One of the key focus areas of UNDP’s People Strategy (People for 2030) is to attract, select and retain top talent for jobs with UNDP. However, to achieve that, there is a need to strengthen current recruitment mechanism and streamline processes to make them more efficient and relevant to the current market. The Strategy states that UNDP needs to leverage IT systems in recruitment in order to improve the candidate experience.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be part of a short list of ATS providers that will be invited to submit proposals in a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

In accordance with the procedure set out in the UNDP Procurement Guidelines and UNDP Financial Rules and Regulation, UNDP may decide to further invite vendors to participate in the bidding exercise.

Please refer to Annex I, Terms of Reference for more background information and technical details.

Submission Details:

Interested vendors should submit their expression of interest by submitting the below documents:

-Section A: QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER: COMPANY PROFILE

-Section B: SERVICE DESCRIPTION

-Section C: SELF-DECLARATION FORM

-Section D: ACCEPTANCE OF UNDP GTCS

-Section E: FINANCIAL STABILITY

- All information regarding any past and current litigation during the last three (3) years, in which the Proposer is involved, indicating the parties concerned, the subject of the litigation, the amounts involved, and the final resolution if already concluded.

The full application should be submitted online through the e-tendering system. Submissions through email will not be accepted. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your Expression of Interest is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system.

Follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide, or download the attached “eTendering Instructions Manual for Bidders” document.

This EOI does not entail any commitment on the part of UNDP, either financial or otherwise. UNDP reserve the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds.

The vendors shall bear any and all costs related to the preparation and/or submission of the EOI. UNDP shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the process.

For further information or clarification, please contact: cpu.bids@undp.org

We look forward to receiving your expressions of interest by 24 July 2020, 15:00 PM New York Time.

Best regards,

UNDP
