UNDP Georgia is pleased to announce Small Grants Scheme on Local Economic Development Initiatives for Civil Society Organizations(CSOs)/Business Associations(BAs), with the support from Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and the Governments of Georgia and Denmark.”


The objective of the Small Grants Scheme is to help  selected CSOs/BAs implement projects to support local economic development in municipalities located in Racha-Lechkhumi-Kvemo Svaneti, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Guria, Imereti, Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Kvemo Kartli. The Small Grants Scheme has been designed to empower CSOs/BAs to make contribution in tackling poverty, inequality and economic disadvantages and to provide support to the communities to recover from the economic and social distress caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Completed Grant Project Application must be submitted electronically to: Gvantsa.iremashvili@undp.org   or Anna.kebadze@undp.org in PDF (signed and stamped) and word formats.

Deadline for submission of applications is 7 August 2020, 18:00 Tbilisi time.

The grant project proposals after the deadline will not be admitted and considered.
