| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for National firm to conduct Quantitative Research on Local Governments’ Performance in Response to COVID-19 Pandemic from Citizens’ Experience and Perception. The overall aim of the assignment is: - To understand how the Vietnamese citizens have perceived and experienced the measures to contain the coronavirus adopted by central and local governments from governance and public service provision angles; and,
- To suggest policy actions for central and local governments in response to possible next waves of the COVID-19 pandemic or a similar pandemic.
