RFP-289/20: Provision of Consultancy Services to Design and Deliver Criminal Investigations and Crime Scene Management Trainings in Iraq.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites qualified service providers to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

This RFP includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS):

If you are interested in submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare your Proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFP and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Proposals set out in Bid Data Sheet.

The bidders are requested to attend the Pre-Proposal Skype Conference for having complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal proposal to UNDP. 

A Pre-proposal Skype conference will be held on 10 August 2020 between 14:00 till 15:00 Erbil Time.
