| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP), in partnership with the Palestinian Industrial Estates and Free Zones Authority (PIEFZA), with generous funds from the Government of Japan, calls for online bids from eligible contractors to complete the civil/architectural and the electro-mechanical interventions in the two additional floors of JAIP Admin Building, fully described in the statement of works and bill of quantities. A pre-bid meeting will take place on 4 August 2020 at 10:30 a.m. Gathering will be at the reception of the Administration Building at Jericho Agro-Industrial Park to be followed by a site visit in the building work site. The complete bidding documents concerning this call for bids are available at the UNDP eTendering Online System. Event ID PAL10- 0000006570 https://etendering.partneragencies.org Bidders shall attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit (on their own cost and responsibility). Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. The pre-bid meeting minutes, and any further enquiries received on or before 4 August 2020, will be documented and posted on UNDP eTendering system on 6 August 2020. No inquiries will be accepted after 4 August 2020. Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through eTendering online system and by the deadline indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org.
