| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National consultant for researching on international experience in mutual legal assistance in civil matters under EU Justice and Legal Empowerment Program in Vietnam (EU JULE) (Ref: T200806) Overall objective: - To assist MOJ in improving the current draft Law on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil Matters in compliance with international standards, especially on the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups such as women and children.
Specific objective: - To provide international experience and best practices in regulating and handling mutual legal assistance in civil matters that can be applied for Viet Nam.
