The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

UNDP Guyana is issuing this tender document for the purpose of concluding a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with successful Proposer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to renew thereafter, for a maximum of an additional two (2) years, subject to satisfactory contract performance.

As an option, the UPSS provider is requested to provide monthly and hourly rates for guards to be posted at the UN organization’s international personnel residences located outside the UN House compound. This requirement will not be part of the main contract between the UN organization and the UPSS provider. The billing should be based on a monthly rate and predictable. While UNDP intends to establish the LTA, there is no fixed committed contract amount and UNDP reserves the right to utilize other sources at its discretion to assure value for money.

This procurement process is conducted through the UNDP eTendering online system (interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents).
