The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project Rollout of eTendering system that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the corresponding TORs.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT: LTA for Individual Contractor - Private Sector & Civil Society Engagement Consultant

DUTY STATION: Seoul, The Republic of Korea with no travel.

PROJECT NAME: UNDP- Seoul Policy Centre (USPC)

PERIOD OF ASSIGNMENT/SERVICES: 14 September 2020 – 13 September 2023 with a maximum total of 196 working days per year and total no. of working days for a whole contract is up to 588 working days.

In consideration of your qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for this particular assignment. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have included hereto the following:

a) The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above;

b) The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP, with password encrypted; and

c) The Individual Contract and its General Terms and Conditions, which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process.

Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:

• Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using the template provided by UNDP;

• Personal CV indicating all experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate and at least three (3) professional references;

• Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive daily fee in a breakdown of costs, as per template provided.
