| Overview : NDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 International Consultant to conduct a terminal evaluation of the project Conservation of Critical Wetland Protected Areas and Linked Landscapes (20 working days) The International Consultant together with national consultant will be conducted according to the guidance, rules and procedures established by UNDP and GEF as reflected in the Guidance For Conducting Terminal Evaluation of UNDP-Supported, GEF-Financed Projects. The objectives of the evaluation are (1) to assess the achievement of project results, and (2) to draw lessons that can both improve the sustainability of benefits from this project and aid in the overall enhancement of UNDP country programme 2017 – 2021 (CPD), One Strategic Plan 2017-2021 (OSP), and recommendations for the new Programming Period.
