Overview :

The Project on “Supporting the improvement of Social Assistance system – phase II, for the period of 2017 – 2020” (SAP II) which is supported by UNDP to provide technical support for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related Ministries and agencies to implement the Decision No. 488/QD-TTg dated on 14th April 2017 by the Prime Minister on approval of the Master-plan on social assistance reform and development in period of 2016-2025 and vision till 2030 (Master plan).

To develop and implement the E-reporting system of MOLISA to support the local officers on uploading and sending the reports at the real-time on progress and results of the Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (LISA) sector at all level to all related authorities for support  implementation and adjustment policy timerly as well as toward building an integrated social security data base of LISA sector, SAP-II has been collaborating with the Department of Social Assistance (DSA), Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) to Support development of electronic reporting system of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs.
