Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the Support to Micro Enterprises of Vulnerable groups including IDPs, Youth and Women affected by COVID-19 in Bossaso, Hargeisa and Mogadishu. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before the bid submission deadline as indicated in the UNDP eTendering system.
