| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 02 National Consultants for mapping and proposing the investment capital mechanisms for the new National Targeted Program on Social Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas (NTPSEDEMA) in period 2021-2030. Mapping the current investment capital mechanisms with a special focus on the “designated” investment mechanisms (i.e. ‘cơ chế đầu tư đặc thù’) regulated by the Decree 161 in order to find out that are the obstacles of investment capital planning, allocation flows, disbursements, reporting, etc., what are innovative solutions on the ground to enhance efficiency and timely disbursement of investment capital and ensure local communities to have invested schemes, local enterprises to have opportunities to participate in scheme construction and local people to have employments/jobs/benefits from investment schemes.
