| Overview : Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Saudi Arabia, on behalf of The United Nations Resident Coordinater in Saudi Arabia is looking for an Individual Contractor to perform the above-mentioned assignment. The interested offeror must download the attached Individual Consultant Procurement Notice, Term of Reference, Template for Confirmation of Interest and Submission of Financial Proposal, P11 and have them conslidated in one file before submission. Any request for clarification/additional information on the procurement notice shall be communicated in writing to email bids.sa@undp.org while the Procurement Unit would endeavour to provide information expeditiously, only requests receiving at least 3 working days prior to the submission deadline will be entertained accept when the procurment unit see fit and fair to answer. Any delay in providing such information will not be considered as a reason for extending the submission deadline. The UNDP's response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be posted on the Individual Consultant (IC) Procurement Notice. Therefore, all prospective offerors are advised to visit this page regularly to make obtain update related to this Individual Consultant (IC). Interested offeror/individual must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications. Candidates that fail to submit the required information will not be considered unless in exceptional cases. - Personal History Form-P11 (CV is optional) indicating all past experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate and at least three (3) professional references;
- Duly accomplished Offeror’s Letter to UNDP confirming interest and availability for the Individual Contractor (IC) assignment and an all inclusive daily-fees for actual working days which include the breakdown of costs (template provided as per attached file)
- One page Technical Proposal on contract methodology and implementation (Optional but prefered)
