The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to   Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

UNDP will enter into a Long-Term Agreement with the selected vendor for a period of two years with the provision of extension for additional one year, based on satisfactory performance.

It is strongly encouraged for bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and inspect the site and the office area of UN House, Pulchowk, Lalitpur in order to better understand the requirement/Terms of Reference.

The bidders must submit samples of ‘cleaning supplies which are mostly in use for UN House in accordance with the list provided in Clause 2.4 of the Terms of Reference (Item S. No. 1 to 16). The samples are required to be submitted along with the bid security and should be properly packed and marked with proper identification of bidder submitting the samples.
