INVITATION TO BID

Designing, Supplying ,Installation Testing and Commissioning of Solar Net Metering System for the United Nations Office in Colombo Sri Lanka.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. This ITB includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it in the online e Tendering system.In the course of preparing and submitting your bid, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it submitted into the system by the deadline. The system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline. Bid Submission deadline appearing on e-Tendering portal will be FINAL and prevail on the ones appearing on other websites. 

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by utilizing the “Accept Invitation” function in eTendering system. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB.

A pre bid meeting and site visit will be conducted on 16th September 2020 at 9.30am (Sri Lanka Time) at UN Conference Room at 202-204, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 7. Bidder participation is highly recommended.

Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.
