Description of the assignment: UNDP is hiring an international consultant on Application of Blockchain Technology in Public Service Delivery .
The assignment will be based on home based work (with one-time travel to Uzbekistan) during November- December 2020. The International consultant will be fully and solely responsible for undertaking the below tasks and quality and timely producing the expected outputs and deliverables indicated below.
Project/Organization name: Improved Public Service Delivery and Enhanced Governance in Rural Uzbekistan/UNDP Uzbekistan
Period of assignment/services: 25 working days during the period of November - December 2020.
