Overview

Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Supply of Digital Queue Management system for the affidavit section of Supreme Court, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. Price Offer shall be submitted on or before 4.30 p.m. (local time) on Tuesday, 29 September, 2020 Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. Your Quotation must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 60 days. In the course of preparing and submitting your Quotation, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it submitted into the system by the deadline. NO submission will be accepted after the deadline. Kindly ensure attaching the required supporting documents with RFQ contract and convert all the documents in pdf format which must be free from any virus or corrupted files. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using username: event.guest password: why2change and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide. Please note this is an RFQ Process, where bidders Quote Prices and Disclose all inclusive prices in the RFQ Template. If you have already registered before, sign in using the username and password. Use the “forgotten password” button if you do not remember your password. Make sure that your password has at least 8 characters, at least one in capital letters, and contains at least 1 number.
