Proposals submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 7MB, virus-free and no more than 3 email transmissions (please put a number for each transmission in the subject line, a reference number and a subject). In case you did not receive an auto-reply please check the attachment size as well as the correct spelling of the e-mail address. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your proposal will reach the address above on or before the deadline.
