| Overview : 2.1 Purpose The overall purpose of this assignment is to assist the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime (DCEC) come up with a formal process through which monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the organisation’s strategic priorities and results can be done in an organized and systematic manner. 2.2 Overall Objective The overall objective of the assignment is to establish an operational Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBME) system for DCEC in order to strengthen its efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability for results. A well-functioning RBME system is expected to enhance service-delivery and ultimately contribute to the achievement of national development goals. |
